At Weprint4u.shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed products made just for you. Since each item is customized and printed based on your submitted photos, we follow a limited return and refund policy as explained below:
1. No Change of Mind Refunds
As all our products are custom-made using your uploaded images, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed correctly. Please double-check your photo, size, and quantity before confirming your order.
2. Eligible Refunds / Reprints
We will offer a full or partial refund, or reprint your order, only if:
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, photo, or product)
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The print quality is severely defective
📷 Proof (photo of the issue) is required within 48 hours of receiving the product.
3. Return Process (if applicable)
In case of a return request:
- Contact us at info@weprint4u.com or call 01755651576 within 2 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
- If your return is approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
4. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method (Bkash or bank transfer). For reprints, we’ll send the replacement as soon as possible.
